Insurance Operations Manager, Yorkshire

This major regional office of a national insurance organisation seeks to appoint someone to this important strategic role.

You will take full responsibility for all operational management and ultimately the successful profitable performance of the branch. Your main function will revolve around the performance management of the commercial insurance staff. This will include sales, marketing, technical and administration functions. You will also deal directly where appropriate with key commercial insurance clients and liaise with insurance partner companies. You will have full accountability for business programmes and performance targets, business planning and resourcing and product implementation.
