I am looking for two people male or female to live with in a flat on Clarendon Road in Leeds center. I am a student but currently live with two people who work full time. They are moving out in December so their rooms will be up for grabs from 01/01/10.

The rooms each have a double bed and are en suite. We pay £282 a month excluding bills.

I am 21 and looking for people of a similar age who don't mind having a few beers and socialising. Two rooms available.
