nice two bed house new kitchen and massive garden, which is way too big for me to manage. very quiet street and neighbours (mostly elderly). dg/ch/new boiler recently fitted. five mins from local town centre. wonderful local park and shops etc. plus award winning schools. I just require a much smaller garden so most area`s considered and ground floor flats that are fenced off as i have dogs.
