From Sheffield To Leeds 5 Bed Large House

hi there,our home is set out over 3 levels,is almost decorated(few bits need finishing) and on a grand scale.

1st floor-
living room
downstairs bathroom
20mtsq kitchen/dining room with pantry

2nd floor-
2 good sized bedrooms
main bathroom
1 small bedroom/office

3rd floor-
master bedroom
5th bedroom(private conversion by previous tenants)

the back garden has just had a 25ft railway sleeper wall and raised flower bed built,with a decked area for patio furniture,but still has a very large amount of grassed area aswell.

We are hoping to move to the leeds area as my partner works on the Cross Green Industrial estate so any area close to this will be perfect,as we are trying to cut out the commuting.
We are wanting to move in 2010 after xmas due to holiday commitments etc.
