Hi,

We are a young easy going couple living in a 2 bedroom house looking for a new housemate (as the old one is moving abroad).
The room is a decent size, house is fully furnished. All bills are included (council tax, all utility bills and internet).
The location is brilliant: only 6 minutes by bus from Leeds city centre. If you fancy a relaxing walk, we have the Armley park at the end of the street. Our neighbours are all friendly.
We are looking for a tidy person. Sorry boys, we prefer a girl!
