I am relocated to Leeds because of work and am looking for a one bed flat - city centre or nearby (Kirkstall/Burley/Horsforth) to rent.

I would prefer this to be furnished and ideally for 12 months.

My budget is £400-500 a month and I can provide references for previous rentals and work. I am clean and tidy, a non smoker. I would like a flat of a decent size no bedsits!

Please reply with pics etc and I am in Leeds at the weekend to view if I can.
