Our housemate is moving out to live with his other half and we are looking for a cool, friendly, clean and tidy young professional MALE OR FEMALE to share our attractive stone house.

We currently have cable tv, telephone, wireless network etc which you can share if you want. The room is a large double and is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers) with neutral decor. The kitchen has a gas cooker/oven, washing machine, microwave and the bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and instant hot water to the shower.

The house is lovely and warm with full gas central heating. The house is in Pudsey, which if you don't already know is one of the better suburbs of Leeds and benefits from good train, bus, and road links. The house is only a short walk from the largest two storey supermarket in the country which is home to huge Marks and Spencers and ASDA superstores.
