Hi, I am looking for someone to share the 2 bed house I rent in Hyde Park while my housemate is in America. The large furnished double room is available immediately until the middle of September. The terraced house is fairly big for 2 people, with a seperate living room and kitchen downstairs and a shared bathroom on the first floor. It is located in a quiet road with plenty of on-street parking. There is wireless broadband and a house phone which are available for you to use. Council tax/water/internet/phone/TV licence/gas/electric are not included in the rent and come to around £80.00 each per month, plus phone calls.

I graduated from Leeds Uni in 2005 and now work full-time so I'm a bit boring during the week but love going out and having bbqs in the park at weekends!
