Leeds flat share wanted
Looking for a large double room to let in a house share in North Leeds area on train line

Here's a quick summary of me and what I'm looking for (further details below):
Age: 37, non-smoker, in professional employment
Looking to move: soon (mid to late June)
Rent: £275-£350 pcm all inclusive
Room: good sized double with decent amount of storage space
Clean and tidy; not noisy
Location: north of Leeds, within walking distance of train station and (ideally) a decent sized supermarket
Parking: needed
Duration: 6-24 months perhaps (i.e. preference for a lengthier stay if things work out)
Some more detail for those still interested, based on the above:
I'm in permanent employment in a professional capacity and am a non-smoker. I'm male and aged 37.
Due to a change in my landlord's circumstances, I'm looking for another double room (ideally a good sized one with plenty of storage or floor space) in a house share, with a view to moving later in June. As I don't really like to move too often, I'm looking for something that could last for over six months and quite possibly up to a couple of years.
My target price range is £275-£350 pcm inclusive of all bills (excluding telephone).
I don't have any particular preferences about profession, gender or sexual orientation of other housemates. I'm fairly easy going but I have to admit that once I get home from work it's nice to have a bit of peace and quiet to help me unwind, and so on the whole I'd probably be best suited to someone who's not too boisterous!
I'm clean, tidy and presentable myself (and hoovers, mops and household cleaners aren't entirely alien to me!).
I don't have any pets/children and if I had to express a preference it would be to stay in a household with another/others in the same position as that, although really it depends on the individual circumstances. I could probably live with a cat or dog, for instance, as long as it didn't dive on me every time I entered the place or leave me covered in hairs!
I'm currently in Guiseley and generally focussing on the area north of Leeds and especially locations within walking distance of the railway station - i.e. something in Guisley/Menston/Burley in Wharfedale/Horsforth/possibly Headingley.
I do have a car, though, so would need parking.
