This is a fantastic opportunity to join Hays Human Resources as a Recruitment Consultant in our established team in Leeds. Covering the Leeds and Sheffield area, this is a diverse role delivering to a broad range of public sector and commercial clients. We cover all levels of seniority from HR Assistant to board level HR roles and focus on both interim and permanent HR roles. This is a great opportunity to further develop this established desk and build on our existing network of clients across the region to secure our position in the market.

The role involves a range of activities such as maximising our existing client base and developing new client relationships. You will also be responsible for generating candidates and working in partnership with clients to deliver expert HR recruitment advice and advise on recruitment solutions on both a contingent and retained basis.

Experience: It is crucial that you have a strong track record of building excellent client and candidate relationships along with the drive to succeed. You should be able to demonstrate your recent track record of business-wins, and your ability to maximise these longstanding professional relationships. In addition to being tenacious and commercial, you will also have proven experience of developing your knowledge base within your specialist area to enable you to deliver creative and innovative solutions to your clients and differentiate yourself from your competition.
