Payroller Administrator Required for Leeds
An experienced Payroller is needed to join a large and ever expanding payroll department. This is a very varied and busy payroll job, covering all aspects of payroll from start to finish. Working in a friendly and large payroll department, this job would ideally suit someone who has a real passion for payroll and who enjoys a busy working environment and working under pressure. Good benefits, modern central Leeds offices.
Job Details:
- Processing weekly and monthly payrolls from start to finish
- Inputting and uploading all payroll information correctly
- Calculates, prepares and transmits manual payments and third party disbursements.
- SSP, SMP, NI etc ( manually )
Checking payrolls before running payment runs
- Payroll reconciliations
- Reconciling PAYE and NI figures
- Payroll reporting
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Dealing with any external and government body queries
Payroll payment run queries
- Year end duties

Skills required:
- MUST have up to date Payroll experience
- Must have experience of processing a large payroll from start to finish
- Must be able to perform manual payroll calculations
- Must have good IT skills and be able to use a number of systems
- Must be professional
