US: We are 4 friendly, bubbly female students, aged 20 - 22, all studying at varying levels at Leeds Met University. We have a variety of interests, including shopping, dancing, day trips, cooking and watching TV.

YOU: We would like a female student to move in with us, who is lively, neat and interesting, and preferably a non-smoker.

5 bedroomed house in Headingley Avenue, a very popular location for Leeds Met students as it is just a short walk from the Headingley campus and is close to local amenities.

All bedrooms are double, very spacious, light and airy.

The house includes a living room, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom with bath/shower, second separate toilet. Wooden floors throughout, original fireplaces, very nicely decorated, fully furnished.

Rent is £62pppw, excluding bills.
