Lovely double room to rent in fantastic flat just 5 minutes walk from city centre. Rent is £350 pcm plus bills. The room is furnished to a high standard in a secure block. The flat has all mod cons and is bright and spacious. There are some great bars and shops within 5 mins walk and plenty of public transport options. Ideal for anyone working at St James Hospital or LGI as it is right in between both hospitals. The universities are only a 10 minute walk away. You would be sharing with a professional female who is respecful, fairly tidy, very friendly and sociable. I like to keep the working week fairly quiet with just going to the gym, cooking, reading, watching tele etc, but I love to head out for coffee, meals, drinks, dancing etc on the weekend. It would be nice to share with someone that has their own stuff to do but likes to hang out together occasionally. I am willing to be flexible on rent if you only need the room weekdays. I will also consider short term rental.
