We are currently looking to recruit a Property Services Manager to work within our busy city centre office in Leeds. The purpose of this role is to lead a Property Services Team in the delivery of day-to-day property services to meet the requirements of clients, and tenants.

My client is regulated by the RICS and is a member of and regulated by ARMA.
Responsibilities of the role:-
Understand client requirements
To manage a team of Property Managers to meet the client requirements and provide a service to tenants.
To manage the performance and development of a team of Property Managers
To ensure that the team understand tenant requirements and seek to meet them in an acceptable manner and timeframe.
To ensure that the process for assessing prospective tenants is robust and meets client requirements.
To understand all appropriate regulatory requirements for rental property
To manage tenant and Third party issues or complaints arising from the occupation of the property or the management of it.
To manage compliance with or withdrawal of Environmental Health Notices and Local Authority Notices
To manage the organising and supervising of repair, maintenance including cyclical works and, if required, improvement works.
To ensure that the company service complies with all statutory regulation and requirements including Health & Safety.
To comply and ensure third party compliance with Statutory provisions in relation to any proposed works or expenditure
To contribute to the development of a framework for the appointment of, and the performance management of contractors and suppliers
Monitoring the performance of contractors and other third parties generally to assure value for money and quality of service
To contribute to the development of a framework for the appointment of, and the performance management of letting agents
To monitor the performance of letting agents
To ensure the team perform within agreed SLAs

To appy for this role you must have the above required qualification along with previous experience within the residential property management market in return we can offer:-
Package
Permanent Role
Salary c£24,000 + dependant on experience
Hours of work: 37.5 hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm OR 9am - 5.30pm, with an hour for lunch each day)
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per annum, plus 8 public holidays
Corporate Bonus: Up to 10% of salary dependant on company objectives being met (40% of bonus payable in Dec, remaining 60% in May)
