Lettings Negotiator required for a leading city centre based Estate Agency. Working in a very professional and competitive environment it requires a dedicated and hardworking sales person who is prepared to give the role 100%.

Duties will include:
• Organising property viewings and valuations
• Carrying out accompanied viewings
• Preparation of tenancy paperwork
• Negotiating offers between tenants and landlords
• Matching applicants to suitable properties

The successful candidate will be outgoing, confident and have an enthusiasm for sales. It is important that all applicants have previous Lettings Negotiation experience and a robust approach to selling. Please send your CV for more information regarding this exciting position.
