INTERNAL SALES – TELESALES - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Whilst a lot of businesses are feeling the crunch, the IT market is still showing growth and is now worth nearly £60 billion in the UK

Due to this growth and personal businesses achievements of 100% year on year increase across certain products, the worldwide leaders in IT and business training are evolving and are looking to add to there already successful team in the Northern sales office.

The core training is focused on Cisco, Microsoft, Nortel, and Project Management, they are the world's largest provider of authorised Cisco and Microsoft IT training. The IT courses include networking, programming, operating systems, security, and telephony. The business courses feature project management, professional skills, and business process curriculum, including ITIL.

Delivering via training centers, private facilities, and the Internet, enabling customers to choose when, where, and how they want to receive training programs and learning services.

THE ROLE – 15-20k Basic, plus 10k OTE, plus Benefits
Your primary focus is to develop new customer relationships through a consultative sales method which qualifies an understanding of the benefits that can be achieved through training and learning programmes. This is initially a telephone-based role split between new business and profiling of existing accounts, meeting generation and prospect building. Overtime, the role will evolve into an account management position and depending on the success level of each sales person, an external client facing position managing a portfolio of key accounts.

THE PERSON
You must carry positive energy, take pride in your work, be self motivated and not want work in a‘9-5’ culture. Ideally an IT or Telco sales background selling training / hardware / software / consumables / capital equipment / and an individual working as a recruitment consultant / account executive / business development / account manager / new business or from most competitive sales environments will be considered.
