Occident Ltd is a leading provider of IT Services, working on behalf of several of the largest IT companies in the world, globally based very close to Leeds in West Yorkshire. The company's client base is world-wide with a strong emphasis on the European market.


The company is growing rapidly in the world of sales and direct marketing and is approaching its 4th year of business but already with an estimated turnover of €6 million for 2007.
We are currently one of the fastest growing companies in the UK technology sector and we have just recently launched a second Pan-European company (www.theeuropeanmarketingagency.eu) and this will increase career opportunities even further for all existing and new employees. In our international Head Quarters in Saltaire we are 35 employes from 11 different nationalities and we are now looking to appoint a fluent Italian speaking Account Executive to develop and maintain relationships with our clients in Spain.

The Account Executive is responsible for growing the business through Inside Sales activities by leading from the front in terms of sales performance. You must be highly motivated by achieving sales targets, be a strong team player and above all be passionate about sales.



Main Duties:
• Contacting a predefined database of warm customers (B2B only)
• Cross and up-selling to additional IT services
• To continue to develop and maintain customer care standards
• To build strong working relationships with customers
• Updating and managing your individual Sales Pipeline and meeting and exceeding individual and team targets


YOU:
- speak fluent Spanish and high level of English
- are competitive and enjoy working to targets
- have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- have strong multi tasking skills
- are innovative and creative to develop solutions for your clients
- some sales/marketing experience from an international environment is beneficial



Normal Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Excellent Basic plus un-capped commission based on sales targets paid monthly
