All the usual amenities are provided, including washing machine, condenser dryer, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and wireless broadband internet access. The flat is double glazed throughout and has gas central heating/instant hot water.

The rent is £75 per week/£325 per calendar month, which includes bills [Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, TV Licence & Wireless Internet Connection] The returnable deposit is £250, which will be secured with the Government approved Deposit Protection Scheme. However, a deposit is not required if you’re happy to provide references.

A Fixed or Flexible Term Agreement is available, with no minimum commitment.
