I am moving out of my lovely flat on the 1st december and need someone to take over my contract. The flat is a 2 bedroom property one is already taken and has beautiful views across the dock water. The flat is really good value for money for this area and works out at £325 for a double en-suite room. The property has 2 bedroooms, 2 bathrooms and a kichen and livingroom along with a waterside balcony.
