This opportunity is ideal for an experienced candidate who has managerial experience. The home is well known as catering for Older Persons who range from basic needs through to more specialised requirements.

Requirements




QUALIFICATIONS:



Excellent communication and leadership skills.



At least 2 years experience within the care industry, preferably at management level.



NVQ 4 or equivalent management qualification



Skills to motivate and inspire the staff for which you have responsibility.



To be adaptable and embrace change within an ever-evolving market place.



The ability to network, market and promote our business at every opportunity.
