We are FTB looking to buy 2 bed flat in leeds city centre. Due to the current house price crunch (predicted fall by 50% as per The Guardian: http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/2008/jun/09/housingmarket.houseprices) we'd prepare to pay up to £120000 (maybe more depends on the specs, ie: balcony, 2 bathroom, parking etc), and would be able to complete the deal fast (no chain).
