Massive 4-5 bed Victorian Terrace for 4 bed- Local or South of London
On offer:
Massive 4 floor, 4-5 bedroom Victorian Terraced house in LS6 Leeds.
Ground floor/cellar: Rear entrance and 3 rooms which are unfinished. In the past we have used 1 room as a gym, 1 room as a games room with pool table and 1 as storage.
First floor: Front entry and hall, Living room, Kitchen/Diner, Downstairs loo, Office/Laundry room.
Second floor: Family bathroom with over bath shower, 2 large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom (still fits a double bed, 2 chest of drawers, and a desk)
Third floor: 1 large bedroom (T shaped with Dormer window) and one smaller room with a slanted ceiling which we use as a 5th bedroom-although technically it's not classed as a bedroom because of the slanted ceiling.

This house is massive! Would suit anyone with a large family. Park at the top of the road, buses close by, trains close by also, schools and nursery within a few minutes walk.
Required: House with a minimum of 4 beds, parking and garden either local to Leeds or South (Kent, Sussex, Middlesex, London, Hampshire, Surrey)
Open to multi swaps.
As my partner and I both work, we just want something more manageable!
