Double room in 2 bedroom flat just outside city centre (opposite Parkinson Building).

Work Mon-Fri, have nice balance between work and socialising.

Generally very laid back and easy to get along with.

Landlord works nearby so is eaasy to contact if we need him.

Current flatmate is moving out on 31st Dec to do her PhD but I want to stay on.
