Due to our current housemate moving out we have a spare room (Kingsize bed) *with en-suite bathroom* available from the 1st November.

The flat is a 3 bedroom with a large living area (for a city center flat) fully furnished with all the mod cons and a decent sized balcony which is great for BBQ's. The flat is located in leeds city center at 66 Merchants house on North Street, and has security comparable to Fort Knox! Parking is free on the street outside after 6PM.

There are two supermarkets (morrisons and sainsburys) , bars and takeaways within 5 minutes walk of the flat.

The room does not come with private parking.

We are two laid back professional males, both aged 25, non smokers who enjoy the occasional beer on a school night and more than a few on the weekend!

We are looking for a sociable housemate who isn't going to hide in their room, either male or female, non smoker with good sense of humour, who is looking for a long term let ie to rent for a year.

Rent will cost you £333 a month which does NOT include council tax or utility bills.
