I am currently one of three people who have a house signed for in the Hyde Park area. I no longer require the room because I have been offered a year’s industrial placement I simply can not refuse.

The house is on Beamsley Terrace, just off Royal Park Road. It’s only £56.67 per week and is spacious with a lounge, kitchen/diner, three bedrooms and a bathroom. There are plenty of parking spaces at the front of the property. Fully furnished modern Kitchen.

There are two others moving into the house on the 1st July who are both in their fourth year studying at the University of Leeds.
