We have a double room available in our lovely 3 bedroom house in Horsforth.

The room is really cosy, there is a bed in it but apart from that it’s unfurnished.

Our house is really nice and modern, has a huge kitchen; a cellar for storage and the location is fab; a few minutes’ walk from the station, and Tesco is just over the road.

Two girls live in the house (27 and 30) and we’re looking for someone chilled out, laid back and sociable in return for a nice place to live. We’re not clean freaks, but we do keep it tidy and we’re both pretty sociable and do a bit of cooking, wine drinking and DVD watching together.

The rent is £260 a month plus bills, and we’ve got digital and internet etc.
