We have a 2 bed flat in kirkstall, leeds just off Morris Lane/Spen Lane in a very quiet cul-de-sac at the top of a 3 floor block of flats - kept very clean with considerate and quiet neighbours. Six flats in the block so not multi-storey.The flat has a back room that could easily be a small bedroom,nursery,study or just storage.Double glazing and gas central heating.Large lounge with laminate floor and recently decorated walls-leads onto a front balcony with patio doors and a great view.Good size kitchen with plenty of cupboards a few too many i think as there is a large pantry that holds everything you need.On the top floor with stairs to access so not suitable for a disabled person.I don't find the steps any trouble and i have to carry a pushchair up them!Bedrooms are really good size,master has a large cupboard/airing cupboard that used to house the water tank before central heating was put in.Back bedroom is a good size and would easily house a double bed and bedroom furniture.Bathroom isn't massive but theres room behind the door for a storage shelf or drawers for toiletries.Shower is less than a year old.Communal gardens and shed with lock to keep bikes in or junk,its supposed to be a bin store for a wheely bin but theres room at the side of the sheds for the bins so its a useful storage shed.Communal areas cleaned and lawns cut by council at no extra cost.Good catchment area for schools Kirkstall St Stephens primary and Abbey Grange High or Lawnswood.A regular bus service to city centre,a short bus ride to Horfsforth town street and within walking/cycling distance of Headingley.On street parking.We require at least 3 bedrooms as we have a boy and girl.A house would be great but would consider anything.Leeds 5/6/16/18 would be ideal but other areas considered as well as out of leeds-York,Malton,Harrogate or even a nice coastal town or somewhere in the countryside or lakes or london.If you think you like what you see and can offer me a swap get in touch.Thanks for taking the time to look .Front shown (the bins are usually kept round the back but have been left out because of the strike) back of the flats with shed block and washing lines and communal gardens.Lounge.
