This large property in the heart of Harrogate is currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie. The property is part of a multi national group of hotels and has excellent opportunities for career development. This role would suit an experienced Chef de Partie who has worked within venues or hotels.

Job Description
The ideal candidate will be supporting all of the day to day operations of the kitchen, as well as preparing food for large numbers of guests in one of the many function rooms. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for their specific area of the kitchen, and will work closely with the Head Chef.

Required Experience
The ideal candidate will have similar experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels and would have worked in a structured kitchen environment. Experience with fresh ingredients is essential as is the ability to deal with quality conference and banqueting. Wedding work would also be an advantage.

Salary
The starting salary for this role is £14000 to £15000.
