Hi, i'm looking for a room or apartment in the city centre or as close too as possible... immediately. Budget isn't an issue but i'm looking for a 3 month contract only as i'm working on a project in leeds for that time. This could extend but i'll only know that later on down the line. Parking would be great but not a necessity. I'm not a student so not looking for a student type property. Looking for a real quality place.

I'm a really easy going, clean and tidy person and would just like somewhere comfortable and friendly. Like nights out and quiet nights in equally.
