An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Protocol Education, a market leading education supply agency. We are currently recruiting for an educationalist, preferably with previous admin experience, to work alongside our sales teams to help support and service our candidate pool.

The role involves developing and managing a candidate pool of prospective teachers and support workers. This means interviewing candidates from a variety of sources, then being involved in the clearing and servicing of those candidates for placement in both long-term contract and daily cover positions by our sales team.

Our ideal candidate will:

· Have a teaching / support background, with a detailed understanding of school requirements and candidate skill sets

· Have the organisational and administrative skills to manage a large pool of candidates

· Be innovative and creative in identifying, attracting and retaining specialist workers

· Enjoy working in a fast-paced commercial environment
