Payroll Clerk - Payroller - required for a busy and ever expanding business in Leeds. This is a very hands on and varied job, covering all areas of payroll from start to finish, as well as year end. This job would ideally suit someone who enjoys working under pressure and in a very busy environment. You will have full control over a number of payrolls ( both weekly and monthly ) from start to finish.
Job duties:
- Processing a number of weekly and monthly payrolls from start to finish
- Inputting and setting up new starters and processing leavers
- SSP, SMP, SPP, NI and tax calculations
- Calculating hours and salaries
- Preparing payments runs via BACS
- Payroll queries
- Payroll reconciliation
- Payroll reporting
- Assisting with payroll year end
- Working to strict and tight deadlines

Skills required:
- Must have up to date payroll experience
- Must be able to process a weekly and/or monthly payroll from start to finish
- Must have good IT skills
- Must be well organised
