Office Finance Manager

The Leeds Community Foundation is passionate about making a difference in Leeds. We believe that one of the best ways of achieving this goal is by providing financial assistance to some of the 3,000+ community groups and charities that are working in some of the city’s most dis-advantaged areas. On a daily basis they are helping to improve the lives of local people.

We work with a wide range of individuals, businesses and organisations to encourage them to provide the financial support that these groups require. We provide a vital link or bridge between the public and private sectors, and the voluntary, community and faith sector in the city.

We have a staff team of four and are now looking to recruit two new people: an Office & Finance Manager to join our dedicated team. You will be responsible for the operational management of the finance, office, personnel, and general administrative functions, to achieve the Foundation’s strategic objectives.

Having the right person who wants to make a difference is vital. We would like to hear from you if you: are happy to have hands-on involvement in all aspects of our work, from opening the post to helping implement the communications plan; have experience of finance, administration, project management, and a passion for being organised; and like dealing with people, as well as paperwork!

The role is flexible from 25 hours to full-time, with a salary of £24,000 to £34,000 depending on experience.
