We are looking an easy-going flatmate to join us in this superb home, close to all the Chapel Allerton amenities.

This lovely double bedroom (£220 a month) is available from July 27th. The room is fuly furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside table.

It is a 5-10 minutes stroll into Chapel Allerton, and has good transport links. The house spacious, newly referbished, has a large back garden and easy parking.

You would be the 3rd person to join the other 2 people who are already living in the house. Both Ian and Kerry (one male, one female) are lovely easy going, fun and interesting professionals in their early 30's. We would love to have another person who is of similar character.
