thebigwordGroup is a world-leading International language management group supplying translation, interpreting and language technology services to a wide range of global clients across 71 countries including household-name multinationals and public-sector bodies.

Due to ongoing growth and expansion we require an experienced commercial property professional to initially oversee the migration of around 180 staff and all related infrastructure to a new premises. Once this project is complete the Business centre manager will take on responsibility for leasing and maintaining the current commercial property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have worked on a similar project and have experience of commercial property lettings and/or sales.

Required Experience

•Minimum 1 year’s Commercial business experience.
•Prince2 qualified or proven track record of managing commercial property projects
•Knowledge of contractors to engage in the supply of services
•Proven business to business sales ability
•Commercial Property Leasing experience
•Educated to degree level or equivalent
•Excellent Customer service skills
•Impeccable attention to detail
•Excellent organisational skills

Reporting directly to the CEO the main purpose of the role will be to work with the support teams to ensure the smooth relocation of thebigword’s European Headquarters from the current location to a new site in Leeds. Once completed the role will encompass all aspects of maintaining lettings and the day to day running of multiple serviced offices.

This position will be on a full time permanent basis. Training provided

Basic salary IRO 22k Dependant on experience + Bonus and Benefits
