To chase debts by telephone and letter dealing with a number of clients; reduce debtor days; provide a high level of customer service to Finance Managers for designated clients; conduct monthly videolinks and visits with clients; identify and manage queries; identify and manage bad debts; recommend accounts for legal action.

Chasing customers by telephone and letter; referring queries; checking unallocated cash and working to reduce it; working to reduce debtor days for each client; providing excellent consistent customer service to internal and external customers.
