Hiya, my friend Jack and I, Stephen, have just signed for a three bedroom flat in Headingley/Hyde Park area, unfortunately, without informing us, our third house mate has dropped out and she has left us in a bit of a dodgy position.

We are 21 and 23 years old, both very laid back and always up for a laugh, especially at the weekends. We have both got an eclectic music taste, though are predominantly rock orientated. We would like another young professional as council tax would be an issue otherwise.

Rent is 300 a month and it is very close to burley train station and the major bus routes to the city cntre as well as the many drinking holes of headingley!
