THE ROLE
On behalf of an award winning Financial Services organisation, we are recruiting for a dedicated individual from a customer service and administration experience. The role involves responsibility for handling and negotiating payment arrangements from Debt Management Companies and customers with financial difficulties.
IN DETAIL
Process and negotiate payment arrangements with customers and Debt Management Companies both verbally and in writing.
Follow up on payment promises to secure on-going arrangements and re-negotiate with customers and third parties where payment plans have defaulted.
Ensure accurate and efficient data inputting of payment proposals and associated information.
General office duties filing, photocopying, faxing etc
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Previous Administration and Customer Service experience
A background of Collections/Debt recovery and/or customers with financial difficulties would be highly advantageous
GCSE grade B or equivalent in English Language
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and 3rd parties in writing and by telephone
Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

£13,000 starting salary rising to £13,600 after 3 months
