Poledancing classes for people who love rock music. Drop in beginner's classes ( no need to book in advance) wednesdays 7.15-8.30pm at the Subculture ( under the Merrion centre), £7.50/class. Intermediate class 6.00-7.15pm.

No experience necessary. Just bring trainers for warm up, heels/boots to dance in, and clothes you can exercise in. Shorts or a short skirt are best.

Pole parties - birthdays, hen nights
(your choice of music + gift for hen)
£20/person.
