The house is in a nice residential area modern dining kitchen, large lounge + bathroom which is in the process of being refurbed. Fully central heated + double glazed .

The room available is a double with plenty of storage.

Ideally seeking someone age range 35 - 55ish.

Additionally my plan is to sell this property next year + areas I am looking to move to are again LS15, LS14, LS9, LS12, LS28 + happy for housemate to move with me .
