Head Chef - West Yorkshire - Rosetted Hotel

Our client, a striking manor house set in its own grounds with superb facilities, requires an experienced Head Chef from a minimum 2 AA Rosette/country house hotel background.

The Head Chef will re responsible for:

- Developing the brigade, ensuring all food served is of an exceptional standard
- all aspects of training
- driving all hygiene and kitchen management
- improving quality and revenue in the restaurant and banqueting.

You will:

- be from a quality minimum 2 AA Rosette background, preferably country house hotel, and have experience in banqueting and restaurant work.
- have excellent managerial and financial skills
- have at least 1 years experience as Head Chef
