I am currently looking for a house on DSS in the Leeds 12 area (note no Back to backs).

I am a mature mother to one and due to a split have been forced on the council waiting list, but would prefer a Private rent house.

I am looking for:

A 3 bed roomed house in the LEEDS 12 postcode.
No back to backs, and the house will preferably have a garden.
Modern décor.
Not too fussed about furniture as I have my own, but would more than welcome a furnished house.
A landlord willing for me to decorate the smallest bedroom for my daughter.

I am looking to rent a house LONG TERM.

I am eligible for £500 so am looking for a house within that price bracket.

I do not have any pets, and I do not smoke.
