Hi I have a house in Huddersfield and i am looking for someone to rent my spare room. Its a double room, fully furnished with a good amount of storage. the house is neutrally decorated and modern, with a lovely garden. The house is in a nice culd-i-sac, close to the bus route to town. the room is available immediately.

I work full time, mon to friday and enjoy going the the gym, travelling and socialising with friends at weekends. I am 26yrs old and would like someone of a similar age (23-32yrs), preferably female, however i am more than willing to consider guys if i feel we will get on quite well.
