Professional female looking for a one or two bed flat/house to rent happy with either 6 month 12 month contract. Must be partly furnished or unfurnished (I have my own mattress which I must use due to a back condition). I have a two month notice period to give on my current tenancy so looking to move asap once I have found the right place. Willing to pay up to 400 possibly 425 for the right place. Private landlords preferred.
