Branch Manager - Full Time - Boston Spa

Our client is one of the UK's leading Building Societies and they're currently looking to recruit a Branch Manager to be based in their branch in Boston Spa. They're seeking someone who preferably has recent experience in a Management based role within a Financial Services environment.

You will:

· Effectively manage and motivate the Branch Team to successfully deliver all appointments and sales targets compliantly.
· Be fully CeMap qualified
· Provide strong visible leadership of the team and create a buzz, a "can do, will do" attitude and a success culture within the Branch.
· Effectively performance manage the Team to ensure individual appointment and sales targets are achieved; this should include responsibility for the motivation, feedback, monitoring, coaching, training and support of team members in the following areas:
o Effective meaningful conversations to create appointment opportunities
o Appointment and sales performance target
o Telesales
o Administrative duties
· Portray a professional image through a positive, enthusiastic attitude and approach, adhering to the Society's values.
· Effectively manage Branch within authorised budget.
