Large 3 bed house in Meanwood wanting smaller 3 bed house in Meanwood

Hiya :)

I have a large 3 bed house in a very sought after area of meanwood its on the sugarwells near Meanwood valley farm..

2 large bedrooms and 1 box room,large newly fitted kitchen/diner,large living room..gch,the windows are single glazed but are down on a programme so will be getting new double glazed windows,large garden to the back and medium garden to the front,both need a little t.l.c..
the house also has an outhouse with another room and seperate toilet..lovely big house just a little too large for me..i would like a newer/smaller 3 bed house in meanwood possibly with a drive.
