An experienced Qualified Social Worker is required to join a Referral and Assessment team in West Yorkshire.

Working within the Referral and Assessment team, this Qualified Social Worker will have the following responsibilities:

- Carry out initial assessments to a high standard
- Effective diary management
- Meet time scales when required
- Write clear and concise reports
- Attend court when necessary
