A Business Development Consultant is required to join our vibrant Housing team in Leeds.
Working within the Housing team, the successful Business Development Consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Develop and build relationships and liaise with all public sector and training teams for successful future growth in all areas.
- To develop new business relationships with clients to realise opportunities for recruitment, kickstart and training solutions.
- Liaise with Solutions to cross sell there product range.
- Attend regular reviews with clients, training operations, management and directors.
- Achieving sales targets £ and % as agreed with Director.
- Meeting/exceeding activity levels as agreed with Director.
- Negotiating pay and charge rates within Groups margins and agree with Director.
- Ensuring that all clients and candidates have received, signed and returned Group's Terms of Business/Engagement.
- Strict adherence to Group's Quality Management System.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with existing client base.
- Responsible for generation of new business leads/clients.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities for contracted business.
- Strict adherence to all Group's policies and procedures.
- Attend client and contractor events to promote Services.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Excellent and proven track record in personal billings/client development and winning new business
- Able to achieve both personal and team objectives as set
