UKL Solutions are a mid sized, stable and solvent construction and interiors recruitment business in North Leeds. Over the past four years we have built a successful business based on our core values of quality service delivery and a deep understanding of the construction market.

We are expanding FAST and looking for recruitment consultants and sales managers to join us to enjoy these challenging but, for us, exciting times.
If you're a experienced recruiter tied of slogging your guts only to see your figures drop, looking for that chance to 'break away', but with the discpline to manage process and delivery in a new role we'd like to hear from you.

The only criteria is you must be a consultant, a team leader or a manager with solid experience in construction recruitment, at any level, able to run and manage your own desk and time, and more than anything feel you want new challenges and a new way of working.

In brief, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for:

Creating and managring a portfolio of client accounts
Building relationships, networking and maximising contacts.
Co-ordinating the recruitment and selection of experienced candidates.

Right now we are experiencing growth and expansion in all areas of our business - pas well as the installation of several new sectors and divisions. Our admin/back office needs to enhanced to support the expansion of the business. Essential duties will include, ownership of office admin (including process improvement), company payroll, training, managing office supplies, all back office support and mgmt of junior administrators.
