12 week Intro course to Daoist Taichi, Qigong and Kungfu

Daoism is the art and science of cultivating Qi.Qi is the energy that flows through the universe and all living beings, including you!
The International Daoist Society runs classes in thoughout UK teaching an ancient Daoist system of exercise called Lishi.
At these classes you will learn how to cultivate and use your Qi.
