A workshop to maximise women’s success in returning to or progressing in SET careers

Aims of the workshop, to:
· understand the different types of interviews and assessments used by employers and know how to prepare for them
· increased confidence in presenting your skills and experience
· be able to identify the benefits of your current situation, including transferable skills
· be able to identify your network and to ensure it is helping you
· know where to look for more support & information
· know what you need to do next to maximise your chances (action plan)

This workshop is for you if you:
· Are a woman qualified to degree level in a Science, Engineering, Technology or a Built Environment subject (SET)
· Are eligible to work in the UK

You may be:
· Returning to work after a career break
· Looking for a suitable SET opportunity
· Working in an unsuitable SET or non-SET job
· Wanting to pogress in your SET Career
